RCS is basically a ***** company masquerading as a financial services corporate

I have asked them to close my account (that took about my entire life, running from pillar to post, agents never available and constantly being **** to) but instead they chose to do whatever the heck they want and I am still receiving statements. who can I report them to because this is utter nonsense? please help!
