Rcs is a joke

Get your act together and sort out your accounts. You a massive lender company but cannot sort your accounts out or answer your customers queries. You pass the call on and no one can help or assist in the way forward. After you have paid and closed the account 6 months later you still try get more money with a paid up letter of account! Pathetic, service is horrible all round useless company.
