Rcs internal issues

In Dec 2018 I noticed when making payment on my rcs and mako that my balance owing was wrong.contacted rcs and a ***** case was opened but every day up to now I get harassed by the collection department. There is no communication between ***** and collections. It has put a lot of strain on me even my boss has complained of me getting calls all the time and the sad part is it has happened before,in Jan or so spoke to a person from ***** which told me it was fine to hang on with monthly payment till issue is resolved but know I'm being treated like a ********.
