RCS Insurance Protection Plan Unsuccessful
Battling since 21 April to apply for insurance protection on my RCS Makro Credit card with no success. Each time I send in additional documentation, I get an email to start the whole process from the beginning again. Have sent all the necessary documentation numerous times now.
