Rcs insurance products is the worst service to cancel.

I have been trying to close my Rcs account from April 2023. Its fully paid up, but they are charging me monthly R45 single accidental death cover. They refuse to close , because the policy needs to be cancelled. I made over 10 calls , I sent 3 emails to ***. They say they not receiving my mails, and therefore refuse to cancel a R45 policy. I can't believe the attitude of they staff at the claims department, the one lady is so rude , tells me I am welcome to do what I like and don't even want to assist in a way forward. Rcs is becoming a battle to deal with for R45 policy, is uttermost ******* behaviour. They say something wrong with my emails, and they system has no issue, and will not cancel until an email reflect. I sent email 10 July 2023 , 19 July 2023 , and today 20 July 2023 . And I even sent from a different email address.I spent over R1000 airtime and still can't cancel a R45 policy. Unbelievable
