Useless!!!!!! During the lockdown 2020 with NO income I did submit a claim to the insurance department, which the never acknowledge or paid) Although I pay my account every month my account was still blocked due to the “claim” even though they never did anything about the claim. Today I needed to use my card, and I was treated like a ***** who’s behind on payments. When I phoned I was told my account is blocked because of the claim……. Really ……. What claim….. they never Paid a cent on this so called claim. Terrible service.
