RCS INSIDE JOB-********** sales on customer accounts

On 08/12/2021 I requested a settlement amount from RCS on my Pick n pay acc & didn’t get a response. I then phoned & requested it, an automated response amount of R414,95 was given to me. On 09/12/2021 I settled my account, I phoned RCS to inform them of my payment & I instructed them to close the account. I was told to email my proof of payment to *** & also put my instruction in writing, which I did. On the same day around 6pm I started receiving sms’s that I have requested to change my pin. I immediately phoned RCS to enquire what was happening , at the time of my call, during verification of my information, I found out that my cell number was changed on their system & a purchase of R67 was made in Rooderpoort while Im staying in PE with my card is in my possession. Customer care transferred my to ***** Dep & they said they put a block in the account. The ***** dep couldn’t say what’s going to happen to the ********** R67, the agent stated I would have to pay the amount & I told him I will never. He said I should phone customer care the following day as it was already late. I was uneasy about the response I received & I didn’t wait for the next day I phoned customer care & got through to an agent who reassured me that the account has been blocked, my cellphone number was reinstated & that ***** dep would investigate the my case thereafter I can close the account but I would not be liable for the amount as it was obviously ********** transaction. On 13/12/2021 I received a response on mail I sent on 08/12/2021 with a settlement amount of R25 840, 06, the available credit was all used up. I phoned to find out how the hell that happened after so much efforts I made to report that there was something happening with my account. I was simply told to complete a ***** dispute for, I emailed the dispute form. I learned that my cellphone number was changed again on RCS system, hence couldn’t see the transactions. On 14/12/2021 I received a statement of all the ********** transactions that took place in Gauteng, what the hell? I’m not paying a single cent. Why would RCS not act to prevent this *****, I informed the company and nothing was done, my goodness, I’m so angry. My bottom line on this is that: 1: I want a termination letter on the account 2: I do not want to see reported ********** transactions on my credit record, should this affect my credit score I will deal with RCS the legal route and you will pay the costs. 3. Sort this nonsense out, do not test me.
