RCS *****ING
Good day RCS This would be now the 2nd time i am complaining about the same problem that had never been solved after talking on phone and email requesting my RCS statement about a month ago now i realised that the reason for that was that RCS never solved the R299.00 that is still added on my account. i still get billed for the R299 AND FOR ME NOW ITS *****ING My money again so i still pay for something i did not aske for. if i am asking for my statement i just do net get it but now i do know why? i want the R299.00 REMOVED AS DISCUSSED 2 MONTHS AGO. according to my sms i received it show that i owe RCS zero.
i also want this RCS ACCOUNT CLOSED ,i do not want it anymore because i can deal with RCS taking money that does not belong to them.
i want this matter sort as in yesterday,,,PLEASE CLOSE MY RCS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELLY!!!!!i need someone that is loyal to there clients not *****ing from them.

I WANT TO PUT A DISPUTE IN AGAINST RCS ,BECAUSE MY PROBLEM FROM APRIL 2025 STILL CONSISTS.
NEVER SOLVED EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD IT HAS BEEN REMOVED VIA PHONE CALL.
THE MONEY STILL BEEN CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT NOT BEEN REMOVED SINCE.
I DO NOT GET MY UPDATED STATMENTS AS WELL.
ONLY RECEIVED ONE THIS MORNING .
I WANT THEM TO REVIEW MY ACCOUNT FROM WHEN THIS CHARGES STARTED.
AND I ALSO WANT MY RCS ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED. ASAP.
