RCS *********** representatives

RCS your customer representatives are some of the worst *********** people to deal with, if they don't put the phone down in your ear then they just hopelessly clueless. I've had non payment issues with my RCS card since Jan 2021. I keep on getting called to advise that i did not pay my accounts, they don't ask if i have already made payment. They just jump to conclusions that i did not make payments. I've send my proof of payments to *** but still i get phone calls that RCS is waiting for my payment. On the 16\03\21 i got a message advising that my RCS Card has been handed over to collections, how does this happen when i have already spoken to 3 REPS who said that they will look into the matter and get the payment of R710.00 which i made on the 4\3\21 allocated. This never happened, now my name is getting messed up with the credit bureau. This unprofessional service from a reputed financial service is annoying. Inform your REPS to treat your customers with a little dignity and respect, it seems like we are ****ance to them.
