RCS INCOMPETANCE!!
Yet again RCS Group has managed to live up to their reputation of being totally and utterly ***********. This is now the third time that i have instructed your organization to process a debit order on my loan account, and yet again after your written confirmation three written confirmations that the debit order is loaded noting happens. YET AGAIN this will reflect negatively on my credit profile with the various credit bureau. RSC Group Clearly does not have the system infrastructure or Human commitment to ensuring that what you commit to is carried out correctly.

23 Nov 2020, 08:50After lodging the above complaint with RCS Group, it took then almost 10 days to respond in writing on the matter. Based on their track record I'm not sure that the request has even been actioned. I lodged a further complaint directly with one of the RCS Customer Operations staff Rory Muller on the 11th November as well as, due to RCS Group failure to action the debit order on my account they have updated the various credit bureaus reflecting negatively on my credit profile. Up to today i still have not had a response from Rory Muller on the matter.
