RCS Identity theft

RCS Does not ID new applicants. An account was opened using my credentials and i find myself blacklisted and not able to get a job. Huge amount of credit was given and i must now go out of my way to prove i did not open an account while they refuse to show me any data from the "applicant".

I did not know what RCS was until i was contacted and informed i owe +20k and have been handed over to debt collectors who are harassing me every day.
