RCS how can you ***** from my account

Good day to all my wife has just been ****** on her RCS game account she requested a settlement amount and paid it on the same day lo and behold RCS debits her account at the end of the month dispite her account being settled in full and asking for her account to be closed how can this financial institution behave in such a manner where it incurs costs to it clients and blatantly *****s there money how must my wife pay for transportation to and from work now? It's been 3 weeks and 5 emails later requesting that the funds are paid to close the account and this company *****s from us please guys watch who you take credit from. GAME and RCS ARE *******!!!
