RCS Horrible Institution

RCS has the worst customer service I have ever encountered,I paid up my account three months ago which was handed over to a collection agency,instead of updating my account as paid in full they handed it over to a different agency even though i sent my proof payment letter from the first collection agency to both RCS and the second agency they handed my account too and a month later I am still awaiting feedback they promised to me in five to seven days.
