Rcs harrasment

I've previously complained to Rcs which handles the financial part of my Game. Card which i use to buy on credit at multiple stores,ive reported to them that im being harrased weekly ,by receiving phone calls and sms s to tell me that my account is due,this has increased the past 6 moths,ive not behind on any payments,or had been,but this is rediculous .even when a payment was made,it takes 3 to 5 days to show payment on their system .Game stores was a better shop before Rcs git involved with the financial part, creating higher cost of products.
