RCS harassment/threats

I received a call from RCS lawyers about my WIFES account. They called me regarding her account numerous times and all the times ave asked them to send me a settlement letter so i could close the account. I am still waiting for the settlement letter and RCS keeps harassing me and my wife (at work with calls) who is 8 months pregnant and having trouble with her pregnancy.

So they just tell me they are waiting on head office to send them the settlement letter and in the mean time they will still add interest while waiting for the settlement letter and then proceeds to threaten me and to list ME on the credit bureau. I will now follow up with a lawyer regarding that threat.

The outstanding amount i can pay easily but i am within my rights to ask for a settlement letter with proof of the company to which i will be paying the amount too.

I get the feeling RCS does not want to send a settlement letter to me or my wife because they want to keep her in debt. PLEASE AVOID RCS AND GO TO A BANK IF YOU WANT TO LEND MONEY.
