RCS harassing my 77 year old mother for someone else's debt - sickening

I will never recommend RCS as an alternative to borrowing money. They have the qualities of a glorified loan shark. I have been a loyal customer for over 11 years now and never skipped a payment - however, during the lockdown, I lost my business and income and the only response from them is rude phone calls and threatening SMS's from those idiots at MBD who is now making rude and threatening phone calls to my 77-year-old mother - you disgust me that you can even go as low as to threaten the elderly who has got absolutely nothing to do with this debt. In the 11 years of being a loyal customer - not once did you lower my interest rate, and to make matters worse - you did not even offer me a payment break during the lockdown (I'm sure this is against the lockdown requirements) - but be assured, I will now refer this matter to the NCR for malpractice, ************, and harassment by you and your puppy dog MBD. Maybe if you do your work and take note of what is going on in the account, you will see that I actually have been paying the account... o and so by the way, who exactly do you think you are to try and appoint MBD to try and manage my finances? As you can see their threatening and rude approach had absolutely NO effect on the payment of the account.
