RCS GROUP pathetic service and customer support

For the past two weeks I have been contacting RCS to sort out my Account , as i have been getting non payment letters from them repeatedly ,however the account is fully paid up and actually in a positive balance . i have consistently called RCS to try and sort out the issue and have sent numerous mails to which i am met with either no response to mails or very very rude support staff who hang up the phone or SHRUG off responsibility left right and centre. i now sit with a bad credit history from RCS and have lost my customer protection insurance policy due to the negligence of RCS <br> <br> I beg someone to PLEASE HELPS AND SORT THIS ACCOUNT OUT <br> <br>
