RCS Group - do not use

Please do not use RCS. They are desperate for money. I paid off my account before the 24 month period. They say that I didn't settle the amount in full therefore they have been adding collection fees to my statement for R60. It was my prerogative to settle the account within a few months as opposed to two years and they still have the cheek to hand me over for R60. They are *******.
