We were ****med by Bianca Vorster, Senior Loans Manager and Daniel Olsen, Head, Loan Approval Dept. They pretended to work for Rcs. We received an email from Rcs Finance. I responded and immediately we got a response from them with a application form. After completing the form and mailing it back to Bianca, within 24 hours she mailed us back to say that the application was successful with a letter, all of this under the name of Rcs. We were then told to make a payment of R78 766.63 for credit life insurance. I questioned Bianca about this and her words were that's how Rcs works. Its a security fee. We were stupid enough to sign the acceptance loan letter and send it back to her. We believe them and sent them all our personal information, bank statements and payslips. Luckily we haven't made any payments as yet as i had my doubts but they do have our banking details, which is a concern. She said that once we had made the payment, the loan amount would be transferred into our account. Everything she said sounded so legit and all the documents looked so real, they even used Rcs number NCRCP 38 / FSP44481. Rcs really has to investigate, this isn't the first time, people are loosing money and Rcs is getting a really bad name because of people like Biana Vorster and Daniel Olsen - is that even their real names.
