RCS Game Payment Not Reflecting No Help From Customer Service

On the 26th of February I made a payment towards my Game Credit account, however the payment doesn't reflect anywhere in the transaction history nor has it been added to my balance, it just shows that the account is still due. I also never received the sms saying thank you for the payment as I normally do.

My bank statements clearly show the payment though and I have emailed multiple times with the proof of payment, but no one gets back to me regarding the matter and it still has not been updated.

My Makro Credit account payment was made a few minutes before the Game one and that reflects and shows in the transaction history, so I don't understand what the problem is with Game.

Nobody responds to emails and nobody attempts to help. I received one email asking me to send the proof of payment which I did immediately, yet nothing happened after that.

Someone on Facebook also gave me an email address to send my proof to, which I did, but still no updates or response.
