RCS Game Loan

About 18 months ago I took an RCS Game loan, set a direct debit and I was paying R844. The last 2 months were hell!. On the 16th month they debited half the amount, then I called them for exactly 1 week no solution. It was either they hand out on me or "there's nothing wrong with my account". I remember one time I tried setting up a debt order just for that and obviously I wasn't debited. Fast forward they sent an apology email claiming they had a system error. Come the following I wasn't debited at all now, I tried calling again no solution until my account fell into arrears, who's fault? Definitely not me because I was up on my toes trying fix it. I don't whether this is their strategy to keep us paying I don't know. I'll never recommend RCS Game Loan!
