RCS Game *****
Bad, in competent, confusing, *******. Those are the best words to describe the RCS team since the beginning of the year. Never ever have I seen such incompetence. Last purchase on my Game account was R199,90 in December. Upon leaving the store, I got an sms stating that credit available is about R2000 and odd. In January I paid my usual monthly installment. A short while later I needed blinds as mind broke, so I went to buy. At the till I was told, my card (dion wired) is declining. I then went to the RCS desk where I was given a new card (Game). "No sir, your card is old. Use this one now. Your credit should reflect in 24-48hours". Cool. I thought, no man. Before going to the shop again let me call and check if this card is activated. And to my very shocking surprise I'm told, Sir your card is in arrears, you have 5months payment reversals. Haibo, reversed to who by who when. Yes sir. You make a payment then you reserve it. I then thought ***. Because I know I don't. Anyway, they requested proof of payment etc etc. I sent them my bank statements showing my payments... "We are investigating they said" so I waited... No response. Called again. New consultant. Doesn't know jack **** about anything so I must start over to explain. "Sir, I don't see any payment reversals here, who told you, you have payment reversals? What I see here is that when your account was moved from Dion to Game, they didn't move all your credit from Dion to Game. I will escalate to finance and they will sort it out... Fine. Waited (as usual). No response. We called the call center again... "Yho Hayi Bhuti, this thing that's happened to your account I've never seen in" and that consultant cut the call. What is he seeing in this account, I wonder. Probably something ******* or **********. So we called again. "Hi Sir, I don't see any payment reversals here. All your payments are reflecting. Who told you your account has reversals. What I see here is that you went over your R7000 balance. Your account is at a minus. You used up all your credit. Me thinking, now *** did I buy for R7000 and when? Haibo Sisi. My last purchase in December I bought for 199,90 then I had credit available for R2000 and odd. So can you tell me when I bought for R7000. Where is the January statement showing me purchasing till a minus. "Uhm Sir, you now owe R7025" and she too cut the call... It's been over 6 weeks of dealing with this. And I don't know what more to do now. I am beyond emotionally drained.
