RCS GAME - ***** CASE

I have noticed that there is a "mobile content subscription" that I have been charged for since February 2025 to date. What is appalling and a huge concern to me is I have never subscribed to anything on my RCS account however a charge is coming out of my account on a monthly basis with interest. This to me is a clear contravention of the POPI Act which shows that Game RCS is not secure with keeping our information safe.

I have called GAME Head office ( accounts) and ***** Departments and I wasn't assisted instead they telling me about a so called 3rd party (BLUE LABEL) I am their customer I believe they should protect my account from such things, but instead they are playing a pointing or rather blaming game with that 3rd party. I am so DISSAPOINTED with game at this point all I want is for you to remove your associated on my statement and CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH ALL THOSE R179 plus interest.

PLEASE get the subscription cancelled as soon as possible and refund me back my money, I want to pay what I owe Game and close the account Immediately.
