RCS/ Game card-Poor, useless s,***********, pathetic Service.

This is the 3rd complaint since 23 November. Yet my issue is just not getting resolved. Can feedback be provided when the issue regarding my payment allocation which was DONE MORE THAN THREE WEEKS AGO WILL BE ALLOCATED!!!!!!! PAYU REFERENCE HAS BEEN PROVIDED, aswell as my BANK STATEMENT CONFIRMING CLEARLY THE FUNDS WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!! NUMEROUS FOLLOW UP'S WAS DONE AND WAS PROMISED A FEW TIMES I WILL BE CALLED BACK.... GUESS WHAT STILL WAITING...... A SUPERVISOR IS GOING TO CALL ME PERSONALLY.... STILL WAITING. GAME AND RCS GROUP IS TOTALLY ***********, USELESS AND PATHETIC... TO SAY THE LEAST. Anybody that is CONSIDERING doing businesses with them think twice...... They are *********** to say the least.... How can it take so long to allocate a payment that was made, and now i cannot even access the funds........... Please contact me urgently and i excpect Update on how this sittuation will be rectified. I have been inconvenienced as a client for weeks now.TOTALLY UN-ACEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
