RCS Game Card - DO NOT TAKE ANY CREDIT FROM RCS
I have been retrenched and I sent all the documents in to RCS to claim the retrenchment policy that I paid for every month without fail. I have sent emails to every possible email address I could find online. I keep getting phone calls about my outstanding balance, they have listed me on ITC as missing payments and they are ignoring my claim for retrenchment. Don't ever sign up for credit with RCS in any form. They force you to pay for this policy that protects you, should you be retrenched, but then when you want to claim against it, they ignore you very conveniently and list your poor payment of your account on ITC.

12 Aug 2020, 17:16Good Day,
To date my queries are not being addressed, RCS has now handed me over to Blake and Associates. When you call the customer complaints department you run out of airtime before anyone answers. They ignore any emails I send them, but they call me from another department that doesn't deal with retrenchment to tell me my account is in arrears as well as sms me to tell me the same.
I have a policy that covers me in the event that should I be retrenched the instalments are covered for a minimum of 12 months. So can someone please sort this out or must I get the ombudsman to sort it out?
