RCS freaks me out..

hello Peter my name is Thembeka Gladys Nkululeko I am here to complain about RCS company,problem is I pay their account each and every end month but even though they continuously phone me every day that I should pay my account its irritating I everytime tell them I did pay but no..I dont know who to speak to anymore because it's even pointless to speak to their head office people..
