RCS ********** transaction, No Feedback

I regret the day i advised my mum to apply for a RCS card, She app**** for it and was given R17000 credit in December. Sometime in November, I got a call from RCS ***** department, Saying that there was an online purchase of R17000 and that they couldnt get hold of my mum, Apparently someone had ported my mum's number from Cell C to MTN without her knowledge. This have caused my mum so much distress, She has done everything that RCS has requested, from submitting her ID copy, Copy of Card and an Affidavit confirming that she has no knowledge of the purchase. They promised to get back to her in 21 days but no response has been received, instead they debited R2000 on her account, which she has reversed. Now shes endless getting calls demanding payment. We tried calling the Customer Service Department but no answer.

This is going to have a negative effect on my mum's credit record. Can someone please sort this out for us urgently.
