RCS ********** purchases
On 11/12/2019 I received 3 smses saying that there were purchases on my Makro RCS card the purchases was for the following amounts:R800.00, R999.90 and R900.00. I phoned RCS immediately as I did not make any purchases. Stating that I did not make the purchases, and requesting them to investigate and block my card. Afterwards I contacted them via email and phone numerous occasions with no feedback from RCS. To my surprise when I received my Makro RCS Statement the 3 purchases was on my account, and I still did not get any feedback from RCS.
