RCS **********

I have been de*****ed twice, where my card was utilised while I was at home. After the 1st incident I only replaced my card this weekend 26/09/2020. To my amazement I got an SMS now 01/10/2020 confirming a purchase that went well over my credit limit at Pick n Pay. Now if my card was replaced how did this ***** get my details so quickly and use it? what controls does RCS have in place to ensure our data is safe? 2 separate instances leave you with the question how many other RCS account holders are been affected by this ********** activity, which is clearly an inside job. I refuse to be billed or to run around for this as you a service provider does clearly not worry about data protection. I want this resolved as soon as possible and i plan on taking this further.

Further to the above, it took me 2 hours to get my card reissued instore on Saturday. I was treated like I was in the wrong waiting on your ***** department. Funny thing is i wait 2 hours and here some muppet just uses my card freely,
