RCS ***** department ***********

Hi

Got a call from your consultants advising me that a ********** account was opened under my name. Someone stole my identity and took Credit: using RCS credit card to buy at Verimark in December 2019. So the RCS agent advised me that the account was referred to ***** department, but to my surprise its been more than 3 months now & so far I have been getting evening calls from 6 different RCS call center agents calling and asking me about the very same account. And all the time I have to advise them that this was referred to your ***** department.

Can this be resoled ASAP and MY NAME BE CLEARED PLEASE!
