RCS *****
All started last year when my mother in law got a call to say that her account is in arrears. On numerous occasions we asked for copies of the statements. Eventually went into the branch and they were able to assist us with a date that goods were purchased, which we didn't agree with. The lady at the Edgars store said we would have to contact HQ for a copy of the invoice. I then contacted HQ on behalf of my mother in law, and a lady called Nicole was helping me until all went quiet and not reply back. The amount in question is supposedly the take over balance for RCS. When I told the call centre this was not correct practise as it showed as a purchased,I was told this would be corrected and I am still waiting for the corrected statement. This account has now been handed over to Blake & Ass and when I try and explain all of this on the phone to them they say that they can't talk to me only my mother in law and put the phone down on me. But yet, they phone her old work place and tell them what it is in connection with, isn't this against the POPI act. You can email me a response and I will get back to you on my mother in laws behalf

"Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a statement to your satisfaction.
However, we are pleased to confirm your august and September statement is correct.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused."
If the above statement is correct, then I would like a copy of the "purchase" that was made on the 13 August 2020, as we are unaware of this purchase and don't have any slips.

Still waiting, and posting it here so that when Blake and Ass call me again, I will tell them to go look on Hello Peter and see that I am not being answered.
