RCS *****

I have app**** for a loan with RCS, I was then asked to make an insurance payment into Their account not only once but 3 Times. i have made al 3 payment The money was still not payed into my account, I've contacted RCS back and i was advised to pay another amount which I was not prepared to pay they then advised me that the loan application will be canceled and transactions will be reversed into my account which is still not done its been 11 working days now. The person i was dealing with is :

RCS is a joke and the biggest ***** company I have ever heard of.
