My Game store card account (with RCS)was hacked in April 2019, this was after I requested RCS to close the account, the investigation started in May 2019 and was informed that this will take 21 working days, I've been following up on the investigation for two months and I'm told to wait for their call.
This is unacceptable because it shows that they're not following up on my case and this have a nagative impact on my name.
