On the 16th of March I called Consumer Friend to get Settlement amount, then on the 17th of March 2015 I paid the amount in Full, I then requested Paid up letter I was told it will take a week to get Settlement letter or paid up letter, it's now been a month waiting for the paid up letter From RCS, I mean I am not happy with the kind service I am getting! How long must a client wait just to get a paid up letter
