Rcs finance loan
They are **********. I app**** for R10 000 loan and they required me to pay upfront payment fee for releasing the money. I paid 7000 to rcs and they stole the money without giving me a loan. I contacted them they **** that they are from rcs they are foreigners and refuses to refund back my money!!!
