RCS Finance Department doesnt have a proper & functional Team
Hi, I need urgent assistance with my RCS Cotton Card. Despite sharing proof of payment (e.g., for my 04/04 payment) with over 5 people, my payments are never allocated on time. This recurring issue is unacceptable, and I’m considering closing my account. Please resolve this immediately. :( worse they are also not reacheble over the phone.
