RCS fails me a 2nd time.

So I received the settlement quote and I duly made the payment. Now I ask for a clearance letter and am advised that I overpaid by 200 odd rand.

But now I have to wait 5 days from debit order date and then I have to get a statement from bank and then send it to them to get my money back.

You put 100 000 into my account when I requested the loan. A debit order has been going off every month from the account you paid the loan into.

What do you need me to do what you are requesting. You just making things difficult for your Customers.

Resolution: Just pay the money you owe me back.

Be a proud company, Have integrity, Be trustworthy and be Customer Centric.

Very disappointed.

I have to add. I also had a loan with Old Mutual. What an amazing company to deal with. I settle my loan the same day I settled my loan with RCS. Today I called Old Mutual also requesting a clearance letter. Was advised that there is an amount due to me. The would refund me and then send me the clearance letter. The money is already in my bank account. And RCS still wants me to send copy of amounts paid into their account which they can see. I will be telling everybody of the awesome service received from OLD MUTUAL. Anybody reading this and need assistance call ***.
