RCS "Exit" Clause

Getting into RCS is easier than getting out. My balance is Zero. In fact they owe me R1 but they still managed to charge me R68 in monthly admin fees. I've called them 3 times for an explanation but they keep calling it hidden charges or interest even though it's the same amount that's been listed as admin fees on their statements.

Now I'm trying to close my account and they're giving me the run around. They keep saying that they will get back to me but they never do. They keep talking about a settlement amount that doesn't show up on their app. Why is it hidden? Why are there amounts hidden from the app and the statements? I need to get out of the Hell that is RCS before they start charging me an account closure fee and then telling me that they can't close my account because there's an outstanding account closure fee.
