RCS empty promises
I went in to the shop to call RCS to ask for my latest statement. I needed it urgently, they could not assist me but instead said they can and will send me a letter confirming that my account is not in areas. Till now I have been waiting and no email of my latest statement or the letter has come through. Iam highly dissapointed.
