RCS EMPLOYEES ARE INDEED ********** My phone was hacked on Tuesday 26 July 2022, I received an sms to say someone is trying to do a Sim swap, so I phone the bank to suspend my internet banking, then I thought I must also phone game rcs card so they can change the number since I do payments online then I spoke to the lady she told me that the cell number is changed and I also got confirmation, so after that I wanted to make payment, then went to the app to make payment to my surprise I couldn't let me in then it blocked me I couldn't access the app the following day when I try to log the number was not changed it was telling me that they sent the notification to the previous number which I asked them to change, and I got sms to say changes requested is done, so today I phone again game so the can help with the app since I wanted to pay I was told my account is with ***** and it's blocked I must go to the store, I went to game when I got there the lady phone the consultant at rcs then she gave me the phone, I spoke to the guy, I nealy fainted, I was told that I was doing online shopping, at makro online, e commerce furniture and mart online, which the amounts added up to 34418 on all this spending, I have never used my game cards in this store not even a single day and I have never made online purchases with my game card, all this transactions happened on the day when I reported to game that I received a message from cell c that someone was trying to make a Sim swap on my number, so I phoned them to change my number, I even asked the lady to say if this ******* mana age can they be able to withdraw money then she said no because the bank account must match, then I was rest assured that all was well, so game or RCS the person who did all this online spending is the person who assisted me with changing the contact number of which they even **** to me by saying they changed the number hence they didn't, so check all your phone recordings and investigate properly as I am not going to pay all this money that your staff member went for a shopping spree, you must deduct this money from their pension or salary, I have paid today the outstanding amount that I know that I was owing, do your investigation and when yo are done close this account for me I will no longer be in business with you, your controls are not safe al all, because the same way I reported to my bank that they must suspend the account I did the same with game, and all my monies were safe with the bank nothing happened why does it have to be different with game rcs, I will never in my lifetime and I will also spread the word
