RCS Edgars Call centre the worst service ever.

The worst service ever, on the 19/10/2022 i visited Edgars store in Centurion mall to make a purchase and they contacted RCS call centre,and a lady by the name of Chloe answered her phone, she was rude and she was clueless she coudnt not help me or answer my question?and she refused to provide me with her surname to refer back to the call and also refused to indicate who she reports too or refer me to the person that can assist me,please listen to the call it was around 18:00pm i am gutted what type of a call center enviroment denies a customer from talking to a manager and also does that with attitude?
