RCS - Edgards payments

Wow, I though I was the only one having issues with RCS but I am wrong. RCS really has pathetic service. Instead of giving me a call to discuss my short payment(due to me not receiving my statement-so I paid what I pay monthly). they send me threatening sms'es with a number to call on-that never gets answered. I pay this account religiously every month but this is the service I receive having a valid reason. they did a similar thing a year ago and listed me as a default payer, it is listed on ClearScore as a missed payment- but on the next month's Edgars statement shows a payment was received...how do you understand that? I left a message on the website, I received another threatening letter-with no email address to respond to. RCS is sickening, really disgusting.
