RCS Dont respond to emails.

I have sent numerous emails as well as filled in an online contact form and no on from this company seems to be able to get back to me. I have paid the balance on my account on the 13th March and on Monday i received a statement with an amount due. I requested they close the account on Friday already and attached the proof of payment for the total amount owing.

I would appreciate feedback.
