RCS DON'T HURRY TO ANSWER QUERIES BUT QUICK TO PRESSURE TO TAKE LOANS

What good is one Telephone number if lines are not working, send emails and get no response. I recently had an account added to me Credit Profile which I did not apply from, trying to get hold of these people in an emergency is ridiculous. Options don't work and options are very limited
