RCS dont ever trust them

So this month i settled my game card in store on the 10th, the 11th there's R90+ owing but the next payment due is over R700, i emailed RCS and got a back dated letter which doesnt acknowledge the R1600+ i had paid the day before. I emailed them proof of payments plus screenshots from their app. Well they haven't responded again however i now ow them another R30. And in their app ive got 2 march statements. I would recommend anyone who deals with RCS to go over their statements very carefully because they cant be trusted. Im no longer willing to deal with this privately as they think they can ignore it and you will just keep paying then for nothing.
