RCS DISAPPOINTING WITH LACK OF INFORMATION AND POSSIBLE CREDIT INSURANCE LAPSE

I cannot say that I am pleased with the way your company is handling credit insurance claims. I have been battling since June 2020 thanks to being affected by Covid-19 regulations resulting in not earning an income. It took a few months due to back log for my matter to be answered. In August, due to still not earning an income, I was advised by one of your complaints consultants to submit bank statements along with request for extension. What he does not mention and neither do any of the consultants calling for payment, is that this needs to be done on a monthly basis I assume? This only clicked when receiving a text message saying my credit insurance has now lapsed due to non payment of account...MEANWHILE I AM TELLING THE CONSULTANTS LIKE AN IDIOT THAT CREDIT INSURANCE IS SUPPOSED TO BE COVERING MY PAYMENTS!!!

It would be appreciated if this simple instruction could be conveyed when sorting this out...or is RCS deliberately leaving this detail out so that people can purposefully lose out on their credit insurance due to lapse in payment and in turn RCS won't need to cover said installments? I am absolutely appalled at this!
