RCS delaying refund

RCS owes me R995,27 on my Edgars account and I have been fighting for over 5 months to have that money refunded to me. They are refusing to refund me. They drops my calls when I contact them to refund my money after I provided all the documentation to process a refund. They promise to call me back, and don't. When their switchboard transfers me to their Edgars division the call "mysteriously drops".
