RCS declining credit

I am being declined for game, makro and pick n pay cards.

I have a good credit score and I'm able to buy a home, buy cars, get loans, get furniture accounts but yet denied for the above 3 stores.

I had some debt many years ago, about 3-4 years ago my itc was clean and I was able to make debt. Why are you holding my mistakes as youngster against me even though it's no longer on my record?? I have send an email to your accounts department and awaiting feedback.
