Rcs debtors on holiday

I have a loan with RCS.they debited my account every month for the past 3 years without fail of getting their money..Nov 2025 they deducted R536 and my balance in Dec as per my statement is R342.00 which is my final payment...now I receive an sms stating I'm in arrears with 461.00 u have sent EMAILs no response..I want to know why they didn't deduct in December as I had the money up until today..I don't appreciate get these sms as clearly I'm not at fault Herr someone at RCS did not do their job over the festive season and because of this I will get a negative on my credit score for missed payments why did they not deduct and why must I pay interest is this how RCS want to make more money out of the people this is unacceptable I have the proof on my bank statement that the money was available le to deduct what happened in Decembwr RCS I want answers and I'm not paying for interest that clearly was not my fault stop ****ming honest customers..as per your sms I must make a arrangement you call me and explain what happened
