Rcs Customer protection insurance (loss of income)
Good day....i have filled in forms for loss of income on all my RCS accounts, this morning i got the following sms.....
Please note: Your Customer Protection Insurance policy will lapse if the total due on your RCS CARD account is not paid. Queries? Call ***
I have had all my accounts since 2012 and been paying each and every month! Now that we on lockdown the insurance dont want to pay my accounts!!!!
Please explain!

13 May 2020, 09:19I have emailed RCS but as usual no respond! I have send my forms in in April already and now the insurance will only pay for March we alre nearly in June already and now they send me this sms? I need urgent a response on this matter!i have been paying my insurance for years now and now they dont want to pay my claim?

Please note: Your Customer Protection Insurance policy will lapse if the total due on your RCS CARD account is not paid. Queries? Call ***
After placing it on helo peter i got a reply they will forward it to the relevant department and someone will contact me!i am still waiting??
Now my phone rings.....guess who? RCS wanting money? When i ask her is this call regarding helo peter complain she just puts the phone down in my ear?????
I have sent all my forms twice through to claims department regarding loss of income, now the insurance wants to do this? They havnt even paid my claims for March yet! We nearly in June???????
Please explain? You wont be getting any payments from me! You sort out the insurance for payments that i have been paying since 2012!!!!
